From 0.5 tsubo to 3 tsubo have been prepared.
- Concerning carrying-in of luggage
- You can use it 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Prepare a dolly in the underground private parking lot.
- We are preparing dolly, so please use it when bringing in. You can carry your luggage without getting wet even on rainy days.

Payment
The first time only use fee (2 months) and the guarantee fee will be cash and course transfer and will be debit account transfer (automatic withdrawal) from the next month. Usage · Security fee will be used after payment is confirmed.
“Precautions” when rental space is used
From 6 am to 11 pm, please use the designated parking lot in the building (2 underground floor parking spaces for underground floor space). From 11 pm to 6 am, please use the front left and right parking spaces of the building.
When parking, please show the designated permit to the front part of the car.

Regarding monthly usage fee, we will bear the direct debit (automatic withdrawal) and the commission at our company.

Contract Unit
All contracts for rental space will be monthly rate from the 1st to the last day as one month.
We will not lend days less than one month.
In the case of contract under halfway from less than one month, we will charge on a daily basis.
About renewal / cancellation fee
There is no update / cancellation fee at all.
Cancellation will be applied by cancellation application form one month before the scheduled cancellation.
