• There is no garbage box in the conference room. Please separate the garbage such as food and drink that you brought in the hot water supply room on the same floor and throw it away. Please put food garbage in a bag and throw it away.

• All rooms in the meeting room will be non-smoking.

＊ There is a smoking space on the same floor.

• Please apply for furniture in advance.

• Extending the furniture from the outside is prohibited.

Inquiries and reservations will only be accepted by phone from 9 am to 5 pm except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Getting Started
Please pickup the key from our firm. For entry, it will be 15 minutes before the use time. If the time has exceeded, we will charge for additional fee. Please return the key after use.

About Cancellation

Canceling between 3 days to 7 days prior: 50% fee
Canceling between 2 days to 0 days prior: 100% fee
